Domestic EPCs
Residential Energy Performance Certificates are required wherever any residential property is let to a new tenant or prior to a property being marketed for Sale, EPCs( Energy Performance Certificates) are valid for 10 years and can be reused within that period.
The landlord/seller must commission the EPC, ensure a copy is available for applicants to inspect and provide a free copy of the EPC to the prospective purchaser or tenant prior to sale/letting.
Commercial EPCs
Commercial buildings now require a Non Domestic Building Energy Performance Certificate (Commercial EPC), when constructed, sold or let, EPC Leeds can provide EPCs and Display Energy Certificates(DEC) throughout Leeds and Surrounding Areas
